COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel
Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,
We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.
An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:
General
Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?
For leisure travellers the 2G+-rule applies, which means only that people who are fully vaccinated or recovered and additionally negatively tested are authorised to stay at the hotel.
For business travellers he 3G-rule applies, which means that people who are fully vaccinated, recovered or negatively tested are authorised to stay at the hotel.
The test result must not be older than 24 hours (antigen test) or 48 hours (PCR test).
People who already got their booster vaccination (3rd shot) do not need to provide a test. Children up to 6 years of age are exempt from this as well.
Retesting is currently not necessary when you stay for several days.
Where are the closest test stations?
Bad Bramstedt city council - former tourism office (to the left of the town hall entrance): approx. 10 minutes (800 m) on foot
Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Saturday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. | Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?
A maximum number of 2 people from 2 different households are allowed to share a room.
Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?
Yes, a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask must be worn at all times in all public hotel areas.
Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?
Yes, digital contact tracing at our hotel is carried out via the luca app.
Further measures taken by the hotel:
- Public areas are cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency.
- To protect both our guests and employees, the reception is fitted with plexiglass panes.
- The number of available seats during breakfast has been reduced in order to maintain the required minimum safety distance. Reservations are required.
- Access to the lift is currently limited to a certain amount of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.
- The number of participants allowed at events is limited according to the current federal regulations.
Gastronomy
Breakfast
We offer our full breakfast buffet again, in compliance with the current hygiene and distance regulations. Please make sure to book a table for breakfast in time at the front desk.
Breakfast times:
daily 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Restaurant and bar
Our restaurant remains closed outside breakfast hours. Also our bar remains closed for now.
Room service
Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.
Half board
Choose between breakfast and half board when booking your room.
Meetings & Events
Our meeting room capacities are currently limited to a maximum number of 100 people per room. >> further details

Wellness area
The swimming pool is open for use again. Please book a 1-hour timeslot at the front desk in advance. The sauna and the gym remain closed until further notice.
